Home Learning

We expect all children within school to continue their learning at home where necessary. All children are given a reading book and should be practicing their reading skills each night. Rewards and recognition are given to those children who take part in daily reading at home. 

On a termly basis children are sent home with a home learning grid. This is a grid with multiple options on for the children to choose a challenge from. Children should aim to complete a challenge each week. The challenges are designed to support children in revisiting and embedding the learning that has been introduced within their class. 

Home learning grids can be accessed from Class Dojo, from your child’s class teacher or from the school office.
