Welcome to our Website
A Welcome from the Headteacher
Hello everyone and welcome to our Mansel Primary school website. I hope that you will enjoy browsing our website, find all the information you are looking for and are able to see what an exciting place Mansel is for children to learn.
At Mansel, we want everyone to be a ‘Mansel Learner’. We strive for our children to be risk takers, to persevere, to think, question and explore.
We also want our children to be independent, to be able to collaborate and respect one another, to be willing to learn and, importantly, to be happy in school.
At Mansel, we value all our children as individuals. Developing the whole child is important to us and that aim is reflected in all we do. We have lots to be proud of and want everyone to share this with us.
We have high expectations of everyone in our school community and we believe that everyone has the ability to excel and achieve great things.
We also recognise the importance of working in partnership with parents and families, to help our children enjoy their time at Primary School, be happy, feel secure and achieve the very best they can. We promote high academic standards whilst valuing creativity and imagination.
We welcome parents and families of the school to work alongside the children and to celebrate and share their success and achievements. We aim for the website therefore to provide you with up to date news, forthcoming events and access to key information as well as showcasing some of the children’s fabulous learning.
Thank you and best wishes
Mrs Emily Matthews
